The Branches
Encouraging and enabling your staff to get involved in one of Caravan’s ten regional branches is another way in which your company can gain an Achievement Award.

The branches are key in promoting the role of the charity locally and hold a wide variety of successful, fund raising events throughout the year from Northern Ireland to Scotland to the South West of England.
They are entirely dependent on their committee members who work tirelessly to raise funds for Caravan. In the last financial year the branches contributed a significant - and growing - sum to the charity’s income, a tremendous effort given that most of the members hold down demanding full-time jobs and give of their time on a voluntary basis.
Not only does involvement in the branches provide an opportunity to win an Award; regional events are also an ideal way for you to entertain your staff and clients locally. In addition, the branches enable more regional suppliers and retailers to support the charity locally and be acknowledged for their support of the charity.
You can also volunteer branch members for two or three of our committees, and perhaps even a chairman and branch secretary for the branch most conveniently located to you. Supporting the regional events by both attendance and sponsorship will help you work towards winning an Award.
