This new service provides a real alternative to the telephone for callers with little or no time to spare. Users are guided by a member of the support team to the most appropriate resources available to them.

Popular subjects covered by the Helpline include; personal issues surrounding family, children and relationships; career support; people skills; health and mental health issues; some legal issues and financial support including benefits information. The Helpline also offers post-incident support and a telephone-based counselling service.

Live Help is currently available Monday to Friday 12pm to 2pm and 6pm to 8pm.
