Caravan is delighted to announce the publication of an unique cookbook which brings together contributions from some of our most loved chefs.
Recipes include such favourites as Gordon Ramsay’s Maple and Mustard Glazed Ham, Jamie Oliver’s Turkey and Leek Pie and Mary Berry’s Cranberry and Apricot Fruit Cake. What do they all have in common? As well as being mouth-watering favourites they are all in the first ever Caravan cookbook – the ‘Ultimate Festive Feast’.
With 90 full colour photographs, our cookbook brims with ideas for starters, main courses, side dishes, sauces and stuffings, pudding and cakes, party food and drinks – even how to make the best of leftovers! From the pre-Christmas build-up to New Year, our chefs have it covered, and will make sure that you do too.
The ‘Ultimate Festive Feast’ brought to you by Caravan, the grocery industry charity, will be launched on the 13th of October 2011 and will be available at major food retailers. Proceeds from the sale of each book will go directly to Caravan and will be used to help current and former colleagues who are in need.
