Make a Fresh Start in 2012 with the Caravan Helpline

Caravan Welfare HelplineAt the start of the New Year it is all too easy to feel burdened by financial worries and debt. However, it’s important to deal with any problems straight away – as the longer debts are ignored, the worse the situation can become.

The Caravan Helpline is available 24/7 to assist callers across a wide range of subjects, from financial to personal issues. By talking with one of Caravan’s advisors via phone, email or online those in need of assistance can make a fresh start in 2012.

For people who prefer not to ask for help, or may never pick up a phone to get support, there is a web-based range of self-help tools and advice, including online chat.

The Caravan Helpline covers key areas, such as:

  • financial support, including benefits information
  • personal issues, including family, children and relationships
  • career support, including working relationships
  • people skills
  • health and mental health issues
  • legal issues counselling (telephone and online) for people who have experienced incidents which are harmful or threatening

The Caravan Helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week all year around and is open to all who work in the grocery industry, from the factory to the shop floor. Those in need can contact the Helpline in confidence on freephone 08088 021122 or online.
