The Row is an exciting and challanging event and is open to all amateur rowers of any age and ability! Teams can be made up of up to 6 people to a boat. However if you don't feel up to rowing then join the families on the Windermere steamer and let someone else take the strain!
This event is not just about the row; it is a very sociable weekend.
The row starts on the Saturday morning at 9.30am prompt! Teams will assemble at Bowness Pier for the safety briefing, boat allocation and life jackets before setting off the ten and a half mile row!
The Saturday evening is 'party night'. Dress is casual and this is a good fun night with awards, a live band and a Disco. It's great fun for all ages!
